Mecklenburg-Vorpommern has acquired statewide licences for the fobizz and FelloFish AI platforms, making both tools available to all schools in the state at no cost. The licences run through the end of the school year. Fobizz is a widely used German AI toolset for teachers covering lesson planning, text generation, and differentiation; FelloFish provides AI-powered student support functions. The state-funded licence acquisition provides universal free access to AI tools for school staff and students, though no binding AI literacy curriculum requirement exists at the state level.
