Rajasthan hosted the Regional AI Impact Conference on 6 January 2026, bringing together national and state leadership, industry, and academia ahead of the India AI Impact Summit. The conference launched the national YUVA AI for All literacy programme alongside Rajasthan’s AI Portal, iStart LMS, and the AVGC-XR Portal, and announced a programme to skill 1 million youth in AI competencies. MOUs were signed with Google, IIT Delhi, National Law University Jodhpur, and the Skill Development Network for AI research, ethical frameworks, and innovation ecosystems. The 1-million-youth target and state-level AI Portal represent a significant scale-up of Rajasthan’s public AI access and workforce skilling beyond the earlier AI-ML Policy 2026 announcement.
