Etice, the state IT company, designated 2026 as the year of AI and announced a State AI Solutions Portfolio targeting education, public management, security, health, and urban planning. The portfolio serves as an official catalogue of government AI services, positioning Ceará as a national AI reference. The Federal University of Ceará also launched a bachelor’s degree in AI through the national unified selection system with 50 places.
