Santa Fe’s Superior Tribunal of Justice adopted a Protocol of Good Practices for the Use of Generative AI applicable to all judges, officials, and court employees. The protocol establishes rules for ethical and effective AI use in the judicial system. Training was provided to judicial staff and lawyers on responsible AI deployment in court operations. This makes Santa Fe one of the first Argentine provinces to formalise AI governance within the justice system.
